WEEPING NOT AN ESCAPE ROUTE
When a man is faced with challenges, defeat, situations that make it look like all is lost. One of the actions that you will or might take during those periods that will exhaust you and still will not give you a solution is weeping. Instead of a solution, it will cause you weakness, sickness e.t.c.
Looking at David in the Bible according to 1 Sam.30:4 David and His men wept continuously until they had no strength to weep but yet after all the weeping there was no solution.
To date Most Men see weeping, worry, etc as an escape route to deal with their problems, some might say leave me to cry my eyes out, still, all those tears will bring about nothing but rather it will only drain them.
One of the best thing you can do whenever you are facing one challenge or the other is to Pray.
Still looking at David as our case study, after he cried out and yet nothing happened. He encouraged Himself in the lord and decided to pray, after prying he was able to receive instruction for victory.
The Moment you pray, then you have a great chance of overcoming that challenge, problem, situation, and circumstances 1 Sam. 30:8
The Bible made us understand in John
John.16.24 – Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
Meaning until now you have not prayed to God concerning that situation, only if we can pray, keep praying and continue to pray.
1Thess.5.17 – pray without ceasing,
Sometimes results might not seem forthcoming even after prayers just like Daniel in Daniel 10:11-14, still yet don’t stop praying but rather P.U.S.H. I.e Pray Until Something Happens.
A popular hymn says “oh what needless pain we bear, all because we do not carry everything to God in prayer.”
God is not tired of hearing from you. Pray to God about everything.
By the way, this victory offer or strategy is only opened to those who have accepted Jesus as their Lord and personal Savior.
Give your life to Him and you also can enjoy the benefits of telling Him all you are passing through.
I urge you this moment, do not see weeping as an escape route but rather see prayer as a solution to every problem and challenge you might be facing.
